Window Decals
(Die Cut Window Decal)
Also known as Thermal Die Cuts, Hot Kiss Cuts, Plotter Cut Decals, and Pre-Spaced Lettering.) Die Cut Window Decals are designs that have been chemically-etched on a magnesium plate. With dwell pressure and temperature, the die melts through the vinyl, stopping at the paper release liner. When complete, excess vinyl and letter centers are manually removed from the decal. Last, application paper is laminated over the design to facilitate the easy transfer finished product to its intended surface. This process is only available on vinyl substrates.

See Through Window Decals are made from perforated vinyl films. These vinyls allow you to see through them from the inside out. We offer perforated clear composite films for interior mounting and perforated white/black composite films for exterior window signage. Traditionally, these films are manufactured for the purpose of Digital Printing.
